Arezo Azizi is a policy analyst in the Research to Action Lab at the Urban Institute. Before joining Urban, Azizi interned at the Legal Aid Justice Center, where she conducted qualitative research for several advocacy campaigns and health policies. She is passionate about the importance of evidence-based policymaking and has conducted research on data equity in historically marginalized communities and its impact on community decisionmaking.

Azizi holds a bachelor’s degree in global public health and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Virginia.
